SHIPPING

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process, so please factor in this processing time in addition to the estimated shipping time.

We offer free expedited shipping to Canada and the US. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

TAXES

Sales tax will be added to orders placed within Canada. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged on international shipments.

Only for US orders duties will be calculated and added to your payment at check out.

RETURN POLICY

You can return regular-priced products within 10 days of delivery. We accept items in their original, unused condition for either a refund or exchange.

All promotional and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@tillegoldgallery.com with your name and order number, and we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.

Extended Holiday Season Return Policy: Purchases made between December 1st and December 31 are eligible for return until January 15th. Please note that all promotional and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
