SHIPPING

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates.

We have free expedited shipping to Canada and US. We ship all orders from Toronto, Canada.

  

TAXES

We are only collecting taxes on Canadian orders. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on US and International shipments.

 

RETURN POLICY

Extended Holiday Season Retun Policy: Purchases made from December 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023 will be eligible for return until January 15th. All promotion and items on sale are final sale and not eligible for retun. 

You can return all regular priced products within 10 days of delivery. We accept products in its original un-used condition for a refund or exchange.

If you need to return a product, please send an email to contact@tillegoldgallery.com with your name and order number and we will send you the return instruction.  

We will issue your refund 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
